A wonderful black and white crystal clear photograph taken from behind home plate of Crosley Field. The "Cincinnatah" Reds were playin the St Louis Browns that day back in 1934. Powell Crosley has just bought the team, and his legacy began in that year. You can clearly read the old scoreboard and see the signs in the outfield advertising "Coney Island" and the "Beverly Hills Supper Club" as well as many other classic businesses that were famous to Cincinnati during that time period.
