There has always been an ongoing debate since the opening of riverfront stadium as to who would use the lavatory facilities first in the new facility. Pete won the gentleman's wager on that one. ANOTHER GREAT CINCINNATI REDS MOMENT IN 1993, WHEN TOM BROWNING DECIDED TO GO WATCH THE GAME FROM THE SEATS OUTSIDE OF WRIGLEY FIELD IN CHICAGO. THE STORY GOES THAT TOM WANTED TO SEE THE GAME FROM THE SCOREBOARD BUT THE WRIGLEY FOLKS SAID NO. SO HE FIGURED THE NEXT BEST THING WAS TO SNEAK ACROSS THE STREET AND GRAB A LOOK FROM THE SEATS ON TOP OF THE BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE FIELD. AFTER SOME REPRIMANDING AND A FINE, NO ONE ELSE IN A BASEBALL UNIFORM HAS EVER TRIED TO DO THIS. HENCE, THIS A CHANCE OCCURRENCE AND A GREAT COLLECTIBLE SIGNED BY TOM BROWNING WITH DATE OF THE VISIT.
